  • Orders exceeding INR 3500 qualify for free shipping.
  • Please be aware that orders placed using the cash on delivery payment method will incur an additional charge of INR 150.

TRACK YOUR ORDER

Once we receive your order you will receive a confirmation call or an automated e-mail. Similarly once your order has been shipped, you will receive an automated e-mail with the tracking details of your order.

DELIVERY

  • Our standard delivery timeframe is approximately 7-10 working days. Please note that certain products may have specific delay notifications mentioned on their respective product pages, which may affect the delivery timeline.
  • Kindly be aware that any delivery delays resulting from logistical challenges beyond our control are regrettably beyond our responsibility.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

At Label Anushri Bang, we pour our heart and soul into crafting each and every piece that leaves our studio. With meticulous attention to detail, every item undergoes thorough inspection to ensure top-notch quality before it’s lovingly packaged and sent off to you. However, we understand that sometimes things may not align perfectly, and in such instances, we’re here to assist you in finding the ideal outfit.

To initiate an exchange or return, please reach out to us at labelanushribang@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order, providing your order number and reason for exchange/return. Our dedicated team will guide you through the process.

  • Please ensure the product being returned is unused, unworn, and with all original tags intact.
  • Exchange pieces will be processed in accordance with our shipping timeline, as all items are made to order.
  • Exchanges or returns will be processed only after prior discussion via email. Items sent to us without prior communication via email will not be accepted and will need to be collected by the customer.
  • Sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for exchanges.
  • Customized products and items purchased using credit notes are not eligible for exchanges or returns.
  • All exchange/return requests must be communicated via email; in-store requests will not be entertained.
  • In the rare event that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, or if your order is incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours with your order details and photographs.

CANCELLATIONS 

  • For cancellations, kindly notify us via email within 12 hours of placing your order. Cancellations requested after this timeframe will be subject to the current order status. You will receive a credit note equivalent to the full order value, valid for six months.
  •  Please note that we adhere to a no-cash-refund policy.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We offer international shipping at INR 2500 worldwide. Please allow approximately 3-4 weeks for delivery. Any customs charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer. Unfortunately, international orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

CREDIT NOTE

For returns, we provide a credit note equal to the value of the order paid. These credit notes are valid for 3 months and can be redeemed exclusively for website purchases. Please note that we do not offer cash refunds as part of our policy.
